Account Manager | Remote | Up To £45,000 DOE

Working with an innovative Microsoft partner in Manchester, who are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to work remotely, and drive sales through their existing client base, to maximise earning potential with our current partners. We offer a range of solutions to our clients and are chosen by one of the best solutions providers in the industry.

The Role

  • Managing the UK client base
  • Manage the internal and external stake holders
  • Manage the full sales cycle to ensure a smooth process from start to finish
  • Ensuring customer attrition is minimal by providing a world class approach to Account management
  • Over achieving quarterly targets
  • Cross Sell & Up Sell opportunities
  • Understanding the customers requirements to ensure all sales are profitable
  • Utilising internal resource to achieve maximum results

Requirements

  • Experience in selling high value software service solutions to SME and Mid market organisations
  • Experience with CRM and ERP
  • Track record of understanding customer needs and
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Suite
  • Flexible to travel frequently
  • Flexible to work away from home when necessary
