ACCOUNT MANAGER | LONDON | CLOUD | SALARY DOE
I have an exciting opportunity for a driven Account Manager to join an innovative Cloud Solutions provider. You will be working with a broad range of clients with the main focus of building new relationships and capitalising on our existing client base.
- Attending client meetings
- Work proactively to gain new business
- Being the first point of contact for our clients and overcoming their queries
- Being a platform expert whilst working with other internal teams to ensure platform knowledge is kept up to date.
- Support and manage client accounts
- Monitor client account activity inline with your specified KPI's
- 5+ year's industry experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing and dealing with C Level personnel
- Excellent ability to build rapport, influence and develop business relationships.
- Self starter with a 'go getter' attitude
- Cloud experience
- Bachelors degree or above
- Knowledge of CRM's
