I have an exciting opportunity for a driven Account Manager to join an innovative Cloud Solutions provider. You will be working with a broad range of clients with the main focus of building new relationships and capitalising on our existing client base.

The Role

  • Attending client meetings
  • Work proactively to gain new business
  • Being the first point of contact for our clients and overcoming their queries
  • Being a platform expert whilst working with other internal teams to ensure platform knowledge is kept up to date.
  • Support and manage client accounts
  • Monitor client account activity inline with your specified KPI's

The Person

  • 5+ year's industry experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and dealing with C Level personnel
  • Excellent ability to build rapport, influence and develop business relationships.
  • Self starter with a 'go getter' attitude
  • Cloud experience
  • Bachelors degree or above
  • Knowledge of CRM's
