Location: Rotherham

Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2 day a week in office

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000

Role

The main purpose of this role is to provide the company with insight into business processes and, more importantly, to identify, analyse, and present key trends, impacts, and outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data to drive efficiencies and good practice within the business

We are looking for someone with creative dashboarding skills, attention to detail and something who can take data sets and create insights that positively aid decision making within the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and insight, and present results to company directors in an easy-to-understand and impactful format.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards
• Identify any missed opportunities for data capture on the dataset to measure impact and outcomes both as a business and for clients.
• Use multiple datasets to gain a rich insight into public engagement with the police and the impact of campaigns from local and national clients to identify good practice and 'what works'.
• Visualise findings for various channels as part of marketing and PR campaigns, official reports, and business proposals.

Role Requirements

Essential

• Relevant degree with strong quantitative and analytic focus (or equivalent work experience).
• Adept at managing and analysing large and complex data using statistical software.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI would be a bonus.
• Experience in producing professional presentations and business reports for various stakeholders.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritisation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, accessible, and impactful manner, including writing reports and presentations.
• Ability to provide credible and effective recommendations to colleagues across the business.
• Experience in coordinating/managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of GDPR and other employment laws.
