Role: Digital Account Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £39k

An independent, Bafta winning Games Label is looking for an individual with has a passion for gaming and all things digital, to work across a varied portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for forecasting digital and mobile products before their green light and following through to post production. As well as managing the delivery of digital projects from websites, social media, to SEO and content marketing, you will build and maintain external client relationships and carry out promotions with key retail accounts. It is important that you are experienced, enthusiastic about gaming, with a credible knowledge of the industry and used to working in a fast paced digital environment.

You will work closely with all strands of the internal digital team, through from the developers to the marketing, PR, and community teams. You will have a track record of sales success and have the industry knowledge of gaming from both a customer and business perspective. Working under the Digital Sales Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with platform holders and seek sales opportunities in order to ensure an upwards trajectory of the team's direction.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience of digital sales environment is essential, preferably within the games industry.
  • A track record of sales success and consistent drive to succeed in the sales environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to take a can-do, positive, problem solving approach.
  • Strong influencing skills at all levels and across cultures an advantage.
  • Strong communicator with credible industry knowledge & standing and good network base.
  • A good understanding of digital computer game marketing and development.
  • Ability to negotiate with all parties to bring about win-win situations.
  • Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding and experience of strategic, digital marketing and sales.
  • Able to manage revenue targets and work within set budget.
