Epicor Functional Consultant

With the Professional Services team, you will be essential as a Manufacturing Operations Consultant. Implementing streamlined procedures in a variety of areas, such as CRM, supply chain, manufacturing execution, and quality management, will be among your duties. Work together with the project manager to manage the team, assign tasks, and guarantee high-quality outputs. The initiatives will benefit from your demonstrated expertise in task implementation and consulting engagements.

Among the requirements to be considered for this position are:

• A bachelor's degree (preferably in business, MIS, IS, education, or a related field) or comparable experience.
• Three or more years of experience in Epicor or related systems consulting, business application training, ERP implementation, and/or customer service.
• Broad knowledge of supply chain, operations, and manufacturing business procedures and practices.
• Proficient in both writing and oral communication.
• Preference for experience in the aerospace and defense industries.
• Able to travel 40-60% while meeting with customers.
• Enthusiastic about ongoing development and personal progress.
