The Role
Are you looking for a new role which allows you the opportunity to develop your PHP and Shopify skills? A digital ecommerce retailer based in Leicestershire are looking to expand their technical team and hire a Full Stack Developer (PHP, MVC, JavaScript) who is confident in PHP and can work directly with the Technical Director. As a Full Stack Developer you will be working on ecommerce projects in a close-knit team which is currently growing.
The Full Stack Developer should ideally be enthusiastic about development and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you will be a vital member of the team. You will be completing front and back end development working with Shopify, PHP, and JavaScript. In addition, you will be involved in keeping track of projects, prepare comprehensive documentation and use Git source for version control.
Role Requirements
- At least 12 months commercial experience with PHP
- Experience with APIs
- Ideally you will have done some basic front-end development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- If you have any experience with Linux or any of LAMP that would be desirable
- Ideally you will have worked within ecommerce or have experience with MVC frameworks such as Laravel
