Oscar Technology are partnering with a growing technology business that are looking to add an Associate / Entry-level Project Manager to their business. They develop several white-label mobile-first products for a niche corner of the travel industry and partner with some of the best known businesses in the world.

Initially, your role will be supporting a Senior Project Manager with project administration & governance tasks like managing RAID logs, producing & collating project documentation and ultimately familiarising yourself with their products & their projects. After a few months, you'll pick up a project or two of your own, which could be improvements to a module of their core products or a even pushing an update or implementation of their platforms into a client.

You will be working with a number of globally dispersed clients, joining projects from discovery through to delivery. You will working closely with product teams to continuously improve their products and work with customers to help map API's.

What they are looking for someone with a Project Management qualification like Prince 2 or Agile PM, ideally some prior experience, perhaps in a Project Coordinator, a technical Account Manager or even a role that involves organisations of lots of concurrent tasks & coordinating people.

What they are looking for from you

  • A Project Management qualification such as Prince 2, Agile PM, CSM or similar.
  • Previous experience in a organisational or coordinating role
  • Experience in a B2B / Client-facing role e.g. Account Management, Sales, etc
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills
  • Strong degree of commercial acumen
  • An attention-to-detail

Additional information

There is scope to work from home 3-4 days a week
Longer term, the role may involve international travel
