Role - Lead Web Analyst

Location - Manchester

Summary

We are kick off the search for 2 new Wed Analysts for a Manchester based company.

You will be joining a small team of 3 but with scope to increase this by 100% due to strong company performance. You work will feed directly into the product teams managing key projects for core customers.

This is primarily a GA focussed position, but we can certainly consider someone from an adobe background too.

The Role

This role is really the technical lead within the team, you will be taking on the key client interactions as well as leading all technical aspects. You will be expected to help to train and mentor the team in place too and there is a career pathway to a "head of" role in the near future.

The team help product teams measure apps and websites, business strategy changes, and service design.

You'll work with consultants, conversion consultants, designers, developers, and other digital professionals to create world-class solutions to meet our clients' needs.

There is also a "Senior Web Analyst" position available which is also advertised at the moment.

Key Duties

  • Support on the development of measurement and data strategies.
  • Visualising data through dashboards and reports.
  • Present analytics results and recommendations at client meetings.
  • Making recommendations to clients about how they use and manage data.
  • Telling a story using data but also considering the wider context.
  • Measuring traffic sources and acquisition strategy
  • Support new business on revenue opportunities for prospective clients.
  • Work with senior analysts to embed new analytics tools within the business.
  • Work with conversion consultants measure A/B tests and CRO programmes.
  • Help to increase the adoption of the analytics across the agency and our clients.
  • Work with consultants and delivery managers to ensure product performance is accurately measured and presented back to clients.

Requirements

  • Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Any other analytical tool or language would be advantageous (SQL, BigQuery, GTM etc.)
