Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant is required for our public sector client to establish and work towards the goal of implementing Oracle HCM Cloud for the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding and will be able to interpret these business requirements and convert them into Functional requirements. You will also act as an interface between Business, implementation partners to understand the business requirements, converting business requirements into configuration, overseeing the implementation of HCM Modules, working with Integrations and Data Migration in building the Integrations and validating the data on Data Migrations from existing HRMS platform to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
The successful candidate will have completed at least 2 Fusion Oracle ERP Implementations on HCM Cloud with good experience on configurations including Oracle HCM modules Core HR, Talent, Workforce Planning, Recruit and Learn & HR Help Desk.

Skills required:
. Conduct requirements gathering all the way through UAT testing, Prepare Requirements documents, System configuration documents, Detailed functional design documents, perform Test cases, prepare User training documents and Implementation documents.
. Designing and configuring Core HR module
. Supporting the implementing of Oracle HRMS, modules include Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Absence Management, iRecruitment, Performance Management (OPM), Learning Management (OLM), Reward, i-Expenses, Workforce Planning and Time and Labor, HR Help Desk
. Perform fit/gap analysis
. Identify/modify standard/custom reports that are needed to produce Statutory, Management, Reconciliation reports and others.
. Develop interfaces from/to Oracle across the suite of HR and Duties.
. Coordinate meetings/communications with the Oracle HR, Duties and Financials User Community and Deliver ongoing user knowledge transfer as required.
. Builds consensus in support of business solution, by sharing business use case analysis

Experience:
Overall experience working as Oracle Apps Functional consultant with ability for technical.
In depth knowledge of the Oracle HCM core module plus expertise in two or more of, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learn, Recruit or Helpdesk
Strong experience with BI Publisher and OA Framework.
Exposure to EBS version 12.1.3 +
Experience writing detailed technical/Conversion Design/Technical Installation documentation including but not limited to MD070, CV040, MD120, and CV120.
