My client, an eCommerce-based business based in Yorkshire, are looking for a Project Manager to manage the project to ensure the business complies with the new, incoming Financial Conduct Authority "Consumer Duty" regulation and Vulnerable Customer Guidance.

This contract is for an initial 6 month period. The role is INSIDE of IR35 and the position is remote with 2 days a week travel to Bradford.

The client are looking to interview IMMEDIATELY and the role is paying £500 P/D

Job role will include things such as;

  • Lead, or contribute to the initial definition and impact assessment and estimation of project concepts and ideas
  • Supporting the development of detailed gap analysis to assess business position against incoming and existing regulation relating to consumer duty and vulnerable customers
  • Ensure successful project delivery from initiation through to closure
  • Manage project and service stakeholders The ideal candidate will have experience/skills in the following
  • Management of multi-disciplined personnel (matrix and line structures)
  • Strong planning, analytical and reporting skills
  • Flexible and proactive approach to change
  • Experience managing projects within a regulated, Financial Services business
  • Confident and proficient in the application of structured project management methods, tools and techniques with a recognised PM qualification (e.g. APMG Agile PM, APM Project Management, Prince 2)

  • Maintain consistent, accurate plans covering schedule, cost and resource, with timely progress/performance reporting.
  • Champion the use of best practise governance and project methodologies for scoping, delivery and reporting.
