Project Manager - experience with Financial Services - ideally mortgages or lending

My client in Solihull is in an exciting chapter with their Client Delivery team - so first and foremost, you as the high-calibre Project Manager must thrive off building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
The success and traction of this business has encouraged them to look for someone who can focus on high solution implementation to further develop their impressive portfolio of clientele. The role covers the following areas:
Client management; Building trusting relationships and partnerships
Financial Management; Revenue & Non charge forecasts & Manage spend against budgets
Client work; Ensure client work is planned & delivered efficiently
You would be reporting directly into the Head of Client Delivery and would act as the POC or 'go-to' person/glue of the team, being able to lead knowledge creation, sharing and coaching those around you. It's very much a collaborative effort here - you'll be someone that is classed as a 'social butterfly' but you won't compromise on results. This role will encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and the company's growth reflects what an exciting journey this could be for you! It is fast paced, and it is an adrenaline filled environment, but you will 100% see the results of the work you put in. They are looking to onboard someone that can constantly evaluate current resource allocation - are we doing things efficiently? Are expectations being met? How do we innovate?
The client's minimum requirements
- Experience within financial or mortgages sector
- Client & stakeholder management
- Experience within a Project role or similar
- Excellent comms, both verbal and written
- Agile and Jira experience
Commute - 100% remote at the moment. There will be a requirement to go in a few days a week post-covid, this is flexible to fit around you but it's not mandatory.
Salary - Our client is paying up to £55,000 for the role.
