This role needs to be filled by a HR Project Manager who has a real passion for the role. We need someone who can instill passion and desire in their team and convince clients of the importance of Human Resource in a company.

The Role:

The Role will require someone to project manage the reorganisation of a new HR service and embed a new learning culture. The applicant will design and develop efficient HR service, supported by lean systems, working practises and processes, whilst maintaining and articulating the importance of HR within the wider business.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the senior project manager for the planning and delivery of the HR Services review
  • Manage the delivery of projects including planning, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
  • Ensures risks/issues are highlighted, timescales are adhered to and plans are within budget.
  • Responsible for the use of the NDM and THRIVE model in all actions.
  • Develop an effective communication strategy working with Managers to ensure that process and intranet updates for their areas are effective and executed in a timely manner.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Produce well structured, high quality reports and briefings to senior management, key stakeholders and end users outlining recommendations for HR change seeking feedback and agreement as appropriate.
  • Research best practice to make recommendations for changing HR processes, tools and systems,
  • Identify opportunities for improvement that would contribute to the successful delivery of a HR service.
  • Ensure key performance indicators are in place and that any deviance can be identified and justified.

Key Skills:

  • Great stakeholder management with an ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Experience within a HR Environment of managing multiple projects within set budgets.
  • MUST BE SECURITY CLEARED
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • HR experience within a role/s that managed multiple budgeted projects.
  • Evidence of applied continuous improvement and the ability to change within HR set up.
  • Adept at creating performance monitoring frameworks
  • Previous roles requiring a level of confidentiality
  • Degree or equivalent/ CIPD Qualified.
  • Understanding and knowledge of project management Methodologies i.e. PRINCE2
