The Role

We are currently looking for a RPA Business Analyst, based in Manchester, to be the lead contact for supporting both technical and non-technical teams with process related queries and to act as a core internal member for evolving Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capability within the organisation.

Working with a dedicated and collaborative team of RPA specialists, your responsibilities will be varied! A normal working day could include delivering Bots to internal/external clients using DevOps and an agile framework with a talented team of technicians at your side, or, you may find yourself optimising process efficiency and the quality of company solutions with the aid of RPA technologies and skills; the possibilities are endless!

What we are looking for:

Beyond the usual technical requirements of a RPA Business Analyst role, the ideal candidate must have a keen attention to detail, with strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with clients, technical teams and business SME's. Other competencies should include:

  • Resilient, motivated and self-driven, with experience working at enterprise scale
  • The aptitude to learn quickly and bounce back from failure, optimising processes where necessary
  • Strong skills in process, project and change management with project management qualifications (such as Prince 2) desirable
  • Experience as a Business Analyst working with the full development lifecycle; taking projects from the design stage to the implementation stage.
  • Experience working with AI, machine learning platforms or RPA solutions previously
  • Coding experience/exposure to .NET and DevOps toolchains (Kanban, JIRA, GitHub etc.)
  • UIPath or other RPA software experience/certification; BluePrism, OpenSpan, Automation Anywhere etc.
  • Evidence of a track record of hands-on-experience and qualifications
