Sales Development Manager - Nottingham - £DOE + Generous OTE


  • Experience selling a SAAS product B2B
  • Outstanding communication skills, both over the phone to clients and within your team
  • Passion for technology and the benefits that the technology can bring to clients
  • Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce, Mercury etc and other systems
  • Previous experience managing an SDR Team is beneficial

You will be at the very front of a company that is providing a solution that is a necessity to companies and their employees. As SDR Manager you will be charged with leading a thriving team of SDR's to create a team that oozes success.

The role will be a player manager role, harnessing your B2B skills and leading the sales team by example and also leading your team ensuring that they meet their targets and KPI's. You will be in charge of demonstrations and managing your own pipeline initially, and then mentoring your team and developing them to achieve their full sales potential.

Your day to day

  • Recruitment of SDR's and creating an engaging selection process
  • High level of mentoring to the SDR's, ensuring that they are reaching full potential
  • Take ownership of the systems that are used to enhance performance of the team
  • Work consistently and effectively towards KPI's - both personal and team
  • Create frameworks and scripts for SDR's to use to support their performance and work with other teams to create engaging content for the SDR's to use
