The Role
We are looking for experienced consultants to join us with a view to supporting the European success and growth within Oscar, you will be a pivotal influence to the opening of our brand new office in Amsterdam which will launch this year.
This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced consultant craving an opportunity to develop and build on international growth, you will be given the opportunity to support the pace and success of our latest office which is due to open mid 2020.
Initially, you will join one of our UK offices, either London or Manchester but working in the Netherlands market within a specialist discipline built on opportunity & business growth, this is with the aim to be one of the first on the ground in our brand new office in Amsterdam.
Ideally, you will have experience recruiting within the IT, Digital or Technology space, with a proven track record when it comes to delivering and generating outstanding results. This position offers the perfect platform for an experienced consultant to showcase their ability in and turn be rewarded with relocation support to open and add value to our brand new office.
There will be an opportunity for you to progress in line with a structured career path designed with your end goal in mind. So if you still get that buzz from billing but the opportunity to develop, support the growth of new business areas and mentor others but you are restricted in your current role, then it sounds like you are ready to embark on a journey to prove you are ready to take the next step!

About you

 The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing their own business within a vertical discipline and geographical area
 You will already have a proven track record as a successful recruiter with at least 12 months experience within the IT/Technology industry and this will be evidenced by your previous billing history
 Effective client and candidate management skills
 You will know exactly what you want to achieve and where you want to go next with a clear road map of personal and career goals
 You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solutions focussed attitude
