My client, based in Manchester, are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager on an initial 6 month contract. The client require a Senior Service Delivery Manager to optimise ICT BAU activities and improve their ICT processes.
This period is an exciting one for the organisations ICT team and therefore the client are now looking to expand its services. Therefore, they require a Senior Service Delivery Manager.
The organisation supports 10000 plus users across varying sites.
Key activities include
- Lead on ICT account management and support provided to customers.
- Tailor account feedback to fit senior stakeholders needs.
- Improve ICT relationships and the perception of the ICT department.
- Continual service improvement
- Direct Management of the Service Desk Manager and Applications Manager
- Involved in the day to day service performance management
- Lead on all aspects of ICT around public relations, communications and Marketing.
- Heavily involved in ICT Performance Management.
- ITIL Framework
- Demonstratable experience Establishing multiple service functions
