Service Desk Analyst - Merseyside - Up to £25,000

The Role

You will be tasked with providing IT software and hardware support for all internal staff and ensuring the IT systems are operating efficiently and reliably including Windows Server, Citrix and Cisco Networking along with the in-house bespoke applications. The role will include site visits to other UK offices and Overseas may be required.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience within a similar support role with a solid grounding in Office365, Windows Server and Citrix and VMWare are desirable. Knowledge of Spanish, French or Chinese is also advantageous.
