Oscar are currently looking for a Service Desk Team Lead based in the East Midlands on an initial 6 month contract.
The role will involve managing an experienced support team, providing solution's for the team and implementing procedures to smoothly answer track and close high numbers of calls on a fast paced service desk.
- 3 Years+ Experience of working on service desk
- Previous Stakeholder management experience
- Background working around Windows 7/10, AD, Exchange
- ITIL Certification (Desirable)
