This is a fully remote role.
Job Description:
- Support the continuous growth of our CSM program
- Leverage your ServiceNow expertise to provide solutions to support clients
- Design and configure CSM and Field Service solutions
- Guide clients through implementation
- Provide technical guidance to developers
- Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow
Desired Skills:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Customer Service Management (CSM)
Required Skills:
- 3+ years experience in professional environment
- 2+ years experience with ServiceNow implementation
- ServiceNow implementation lead or system administration experience'
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once
This is a fully remote, permanent role. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Hiring urgently.
