ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Senior Technical Consultant

Job Description:

  • Support the continuous growth of our CSM program
  • Leverage your ServiceNow expertise to provide solutions to support clients
  • Design and configure CSM and Field Service solutions
  • Guide clients through implementation
  • Provide technical guidance to developers
  • Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow

Desired Skills:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Customer Service Management (CSM)

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in professional environment
  • 2+ years experience with ServiceNow implementation
  • ServiceNow implementation lead or system administration experience'
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once

This is a fully remote, permanent role. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Hiring urgently.
