The Role

• Participate with stakeholdrs to delivery customer solutions on ServiceNow platform
• Mentor technical resources on development and configuration activities
• Participate in customer discovery workshops
• Collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to inform technical requirements

The Skills

• 3+ years of development experience on ServiceNow
• Experience implementing on the ITOM module within ServiceNow
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
• Client facing experience supporting business transformation
• Developing with JavaScript on ServiceNow platform

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery
