Sitecore / .NET Team Lead - Remote - Up to £90k

One of the UK's biggest UX & creative design agencies is looking for a Team Lead to join their growing team working on some incredible projects for clients all around the world. You'd be focusing on leading a cross-location team remotely with occasional visits to Manchester. The team is growing and you'd have the opportunity to be involved in shaping this. The role will be hands on to an extent.

The Role:

The role will see you working on project delivery and continued success for Sitecore based projects for some of the world's biggest brands with a focus on allowing them to have smarter, bespoke project insight using Sitecore based data and allowing increased analytics.

The Tech Stack:

An ideal candidate will have experience leading a .NET team, working in an Agile environment, and also growing that team. This may be from the perspective of a Senior Developer also.

As discussed, the role is predominantly Sitecore focused but they're open to considering anybody with solid .NET MVC experience with a view to providing full and supported training moving forward. Any experience with JavaScript based frameworks etc is considered a major bonus also.

The Culture:

This team is focused on being inclusive, collaborative, and supportive. The focus is on providing a solid, learning focused environment where teams support each other to deliver realistic deadlines.
