- Brining on board a Software Development Manager / Head of Development to mentor and manage a small sized Development team and make technical decisions with the Head of E-Commerce
The Role
As the Development Manager, you will be responsible for heading up a team of 3 PHP Developers. This will be a pivotal role for the success of the business and E-Commerce projects this year.
You will join an open and collaborative team to solve complex business problems and build unique bespoke web applications. You will remain hands-on, working alongside the development team to optimise and improve the E-Commerce estate within the an Enterprise Cloud Architecture.
Passion for code is essential!
As the Development Manager, you will drive the technical offerings of the business forward. You will work quite closely alongside the Head of E-Commerce to ensure the development team follow best practices and work to Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in PHP Development
- Experience in managing / leading an IT team
- Significant experience using PHP frameworks such as Laravel#
