Business Change Manager | £480-500 p/day (Outside IR35) | UK, Remote (Occasional workshops on-site) | 3-Month Contract (Possibility of Extension)
We're supporting a client with an urgent contract requirement for a Business Change Manager / Senior Business Analyst to drive a business-critical data adoption initiative.
The Role:
This is a business-facing change role - You'll be pivotal in aligning stakeholders, clarifying processes, and ensuring business readiness for an MVP roll-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder engagement
- Drive business process mapping, ownership, and accountability
- Deliver communications, change adoption, and business engagement strategies
- Execute existing change plans and support process clarity
Ideal Experience:
- Proven experience in business change roles (must-have)
- Familiarity with data management/governance projects from a change perspective
- Excellent communication, process, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to operate confidently in ambiguity and drive clarity
Project Context:
- Supporting an Informatica MVP across promo analytics, product/pricing, and shipping
- Tech delivery is strong - the gap is business adoption and process ownership
- Goal: Deliver MVP in 3 months, prove the model, and scale globally
