The Opportunity
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be hands-on in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. You'll collaborate with architects, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and follow best practices. This role offers room to grow into leadership, solution architecture, or technical practice ownership within a thriving consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations.
Partner with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Build and maintain solutions across core ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and/or SecOps.
Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow implementations to ensure high performance and reliability.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the ServiceNow team.
Stay current on ServiceNow platform releases and new capabilities, advising clients on innovation and optimization.
What We're Looking For
5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
Strong expertise with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management principles.
Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules; Application Developer (CAD) is a strong plus.
Consulting or partner ecosystem experience is highly preferred.
