We are partnering with a rapidly growing financial company to hire a fully remote Staff Engineer who will play a central role in shaping the organization's technical direction. About the Role

As a Staff Engineer, you will serve as both a technical leader and a strategic contributor. You'll guide architectural decisions, mentor engineers across multiple teams, and ensure that systems are built with scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability in mind. Your work will directly influence mission-critical financial platforms used by thousands of global users.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with deep, hands-on expertise in TypeScript, capable of driving standards and elevating engineering quality across the organization. You should be highly proficient with:

• Node.js and backend application architecture

• Relational databases and data modeling

• Modern front-end paradigms and frameworks including Ember, React, Vue, and Svelte

A strong understanding of compilation, performance optimization, and low-latency system design is essential. You will be working on high-throughput pipelines where speed, accuracy, and robustness matter.

Preferred Experience

Because the company operates in a fast-moving financial environment, prior experience in:

• Trading systems,

• Cryptocurrency platforms, or

• Other high-volume transactional systems

is highly preferred. Familiarity with the unique technical constraints of these domains will be extremely beneficial.
