$55,000 - $75,000 base salary + Uncapped commission

We are looking for experienced Account Managers or Full Desk (360) Recruiters that want to focus
on New Business Development within a technical vertical. The position will suit an individual who
wants to take ownership of their desk and take advantage of the platform that we offer to enable you
to reach your goals.
You will have access to an experienced team of Recruiters that have access to market-leading tools
and an efficient back-office team for both Direct Hire & Contracts. What that means for you, is that
you can focus on what you are good at - winning new business, expanding on relationships and
qualifying client requirements.
We operate a 50/50 split model with up to 30% commission of amount invoiced within no thresholds
or draw, so everyone is incentivized to deliver.
What you will bring
2+ Years working for a US or UK based staffing company
Renewables, Energy, Construction or IT industry knowledge
Proven track record in developing your own business within a niche vertical discipline and
Experience managing multiple client relationships/accounts and increasing client life-time
Ability to qualify job requirements and effectively relay information to co-workers
