Position - Analytics Executive

Skills - Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager

Location - Manchester

Work Pattern - 2 days a week in office

Salary - Up to £28,000

The role

We are looking for an Analytics Executive which is effectively a junior role within the world of Digital or Online analytics.

We are ideally looking for someone with some experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager but it doesn't have to be loads. There is a lot of training and development with this position and there is a full 12 month training program which we can outline with you.

Early on you will do things like (these are only a few examples):

  • Learn the end-to-end automated reporting processes for a couple of key clients

Before progressing to

  • Learning the end-to-end campaign process from planning to tag delivery

And once you progress further you will be:

  • Start managing your own clients, full end-to-end process

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of web analytics and other optimisation technologies in digital advertising.
  • Implementing of campaigns in Google Campaign Manager.
  • To be responsible for the automation and maintenance of key clients reporting processes.
  • Creating tagging strategies to follow consumer journeys across client's website
  • To keep up to date with the tools and systems within the team and apply any improvements/new features to improve client reporting.
  • To be able to test new software and evaluate if it should be used.
  • To assist client teams with troubleshooting and be able to advise on basic functions of key software programmes.

Role requirements:

  • Some experience within Digital Analytics (does not have to be a lot)
  • Some knowledge in either Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Ideally some knowledge in Google Tag Manager or experience with Tagging
  • Experience in a data technology, SQL or Excel is great.
