About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with strong development expertise to join our engineering team. This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining automated solutions post-code release in a Java Spring Boot environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and quality of our applications by developing automation frameworks, tools, and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and tools using Java in a Spring Boot ecosystem.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps to integrate automation into the release pipeline.

• Build automated test suites (functional, regression, integration, and performance).

• Analyze post-release issues, create automation solutions to prevent recurrence, and continuously improve reliability.

• Enhance monitoring, validation, and quality checks across the CI/CD pipeline.

• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and best practices for automation development.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java with hands-on coding experience.

• Solid understanding of Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.

• Experience with building and maintaining test automation frameworks.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

• Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Good understanding of software testing principles (unit, integration, regression, performance).
