Recruitment and Sales Consultant - Tampa

Oscar is hiring a Recruitment & Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Tampa. This role is a great way to break into recruitment, business development, and client management all at once.

From day one, you'll be sourcing candidates, forming relationships, supporting offers, and learning how hiring decisions get made. If you're motivated, people-focused, and ready to grow, we'll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Find top-tier candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach

• Build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients by understanding what they need

• Review resumes, hold screening calls, and interview candidates to assess fit

• Support the offer and onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Stay on top of hiring trends and share market insights with clients and candidates
